I am a repeat customer. Do I need to fill in the forms each time my dog visits?
No, as long as your information and vaccinations for your dogs are current, resending the forms is not necessary. We recommend that you create an account for easy future reservations.
Do you offer special rates for long-term boarding?

Do you offer training services while our dog is being boarded?
Yes, we do. Please check out our training page and call for availability.
What is your cancellation policy?
If a reservation is cancelled at least seven (7) days in advance, a 100% Ranch credit will be given to be used towards future stays. Cancellations made with a 2-day advance notice will receive a 50% Ranch credit to be used towards future stays. Reservations cancelled with less than a 2-day notice are not eligible for credit.
Please note that all refunds are made as credits for future stays—no cash refunds.
I have more than one dog. Can they stay in the same space together?
The suites can hold up to 4 dogs, depending on size and temperament. It is best to call us if you have any questions before making a reservation. When booking a suite, you will be given the option to select the number of dogs.
Can you accommodate special pick-up and drop-off times?
Yes, whenever possible. Normal drop-off or pick-up times are 8 a.m.- 6 p.m., Monday through Saturday. Please contact us in advance if you have any special requirements.
What kind of vaccination is required for dog boarding?
Rabies, Bordetella (Kennel Cough), and Parvo/Distemper vaccination records before the boarding date.
How much does it cost to board a dog in El Paso?
Our standard dog boarding rate starts at $45 per night.
How much does luxury dog boarding in El Paso cost?
Our luxury suite rate starts at $65 per night.
Are you able to provide boarding and training services if my dog has not been neutered or spayed?
Yes, that is not a problem. The only restriction to service would be if your female is currently in heat. Please see our policies.
